The Mission:
You will grow the partner engagement and on-going alliance management. The objective is to help grow the revenue with our strategic partners (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom...) The prospect of rapid growth in a fast-paced startup environment should excite you. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and who’s confident they can interact with senior-level partners.

What you'll be doing :
Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue through Partners for the DACH market
Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ AEs, SEs, and leadership to increase awareness of the Aircall integrations
Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners
Collaborate with and educate our internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to create a partnership mindset, leverage synergies from our partner ecosystem, and produce partner enablement content
Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
Own the operational side of the business in terms of capturing opportunities in Salesforce and managing the process with the wider sales team from “open” to “close”
Driven to meet and exceed quarterly targets. Use initiative to proactively initiate and execute tactical and strategic campaigns or incentives to deliver short and long term results.
More about you:
Confident communicator
Native in German and fluent in English
Fluent in one of the following languages is a plus: Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
2-3 years working in SaaS/technology business development, account management and/or sales
Tech savvy - you understand the capabilities and limitations of a platform and genuinely curious about the SaaS ecosystem
You can effectively communicate and relate to multiple layers of the organization
You have a systematic approach to working
You are someone who is outgoing and personable. Networking and relationship building are important to you
Self-starter - takes initiative and is excited by complicated challenges
Committed, ambitious, team player to the max, wearer of all hats, humble beyond belief, magician
Sense of humor… a big plus!
