**Job Description for Alliance Manager**:
- Identify and offer higher education program, professional certification, and lifelong learning solutions to the Higher Education institutes (Universities, Polytechnics, Vocational Colleges) and Private Training providers,
- Support partner onboarding processs, not limiting to program validation, implement business planning and review processes, co-build and execute high profile branding campaign, develop aggressive sales-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve and exceed their student target,
- Ensure partners sales and marketing teams are equipped with competent skills and ability to manage and convert marketing qualified leads into close won,
- Lead the student recruitment and admission initiatives with partners and sales teams to assume all sales targets, and KPI.
**Salary**: Rp35,000,000 - Rp37,000,000 per month
