**The opportunity
**This position is to leads Agile practices and processes, advising Agile teams to ensure highly functional and productives teams.
**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Individual Accountabilities**:

- Lead, Coach & Mentor all Scrum Masters to leverage their skills & knowledge
- Coach different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices
- Proactively provides real-time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise
- Manage and reinforces target agile behaviors
- Facilitates and actively participates in Agile events & processes
- Facilitates the adoption of agile principles & practices
- Drives & helps educate the squad on Agile practices
- Identifies & analyze Agile Team improvement opportunities
- Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile Implementation
- Facilitates resolving impediments / obstacles & guide team to resolve it
- Focuses squads on value creation
- Work closely with the PO and ensure the product backlog is well maintained
- Supporting and educating the PO, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Work closely with Developers to help them perform on their highest level
- Regularly monitor the progress and suggest action items to overcome any impediments
- Identifies obstacles with coaching
- Identifies opportunities to increase team productivity
- Understands importance of cooperation & information sharing
- Positive impact to specific organizational
- Solid contributor and often enables others to contribute as well

**How will you create impact?

This position will join in Business Transformation Office which the responsibilities to support the Agile implementation & lead team of Scrum Masters to increase squad agility.
Scrum Master will report to Lead of Scrum Master.
