We are looking forward to Aftermarket Senior Sales Representative in Eaton’s Vehicle business, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This exciting role is part of a fast paced, and sales orientated team in a large multi-national company.
Your essential responsibilities:
To be able to travel extensively in local aftermarket thereby mapping the market, identify key market trends and support product planning team to identify new engagement opportunities To develop independent aftermarket channels to promote and service Eaton products. Establishes credible aftermarket sales channel for Transmission Parts , Clutch & other Eaton products. Needs to work closely with Eaton OEM sales team & layout strategy for aftersales support for Eaton products (parts availability across Indonesia) Be a part of Eaton’s global service team and is required to provide updated market intelligence on local aftermarket (opportunities, competition activities, local regulations etc.) Identify additional opportunities in aftermarket such as clutch. Leverage the “buy & sell” initiatives from other Eaton entities in region. Support internal Key processes Profit Plan, Strat Plan , SIOP and regional market initiatives

Qualifications

If you are:
An engineering graduate with work experience in heavy duty commercial vehicle industry especially in handling drive train & power train products. Having a core experience in aftermarket sales and managing aftermarket channels. Handling OEM accounts would be added advantage (however focus is aftermarket). Must have sound knowledge of automobile & aftermarket industry in Indonesia. Required functional skills commercial negotiations, marketing and networking.
