Affiliate Specialist

Maintain all campaign programs, affiliate programs, and MCN, ensuring smooth execution.
Report to Social Media Leader daily, weekly, and monthly.
Support the development of optimal strategies, forecast budgets for affiliates/MCNs, find content creators, and perform trend analysis on the platform.
Build and maintain relationships with content creators and communities.
Negotiate portfolio samples, commissions, and video output quantities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with content writers, videographers, and editors for successful affiliate/MCN processes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a digital agency or advertising.
2-3 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze financial data to inform decisions.
Willing to work in Jakarta and join ASAP.
