**ADMIN TENDER**

**Job Description**:

- Monitor Tender invitations.
- Prepare the administration of the Tender according to the instructions in the

Tender document
- Monitor the Legality of documents used for tender administration
- Preparing tender documents ranging from registration, prequalification, to the tender process and proposal / quotation according to instructions from the superior
- Assisting superiors in preparing tender documents and compiling them and also proposals & quotations
- Coordinate with relevant departments in preparing tenders & proposals
- Filling tender documents, proposals / quotations, contracts, & legality documents of the company
- Updating the validity of the company on the client's website, customer satisfaction survey.
**Requirements**:

- Female
- Maximum Age 30 years old
- Minimum undergraduate education of all majors
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Tender Admin
- Mastering the tender process at the Oil & Gas company
- Familiar with PTK (Guidelines for Work Procedures for Managing Supply Chain Contractor cooperation No.007 Revised-IV/2017) by SKK Migas, preferably if it has been certified
- Have knowledge in CIVD and PTK 007 (procurement procedures for goods & services in Oil & Gas)
- Have good ability in operating computers and Ms. Office
- Organized and able to work fast
- Have good communication skills
- Have a good skill in communication, maintain tender documentation
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good in English, both written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per month
