In the end-to-end service, you just have to accept it ! We're looking for Admin Sales Online to join our Titipbeliin team! Here, you'll be part of the Marketing and sales team and support our marketing team on different challenging tasks and data related tasks.What You'll Be DoingOnline admin task from the sales perspective, such as:- handle all online channels that are available at trustbeliin such as online chat, whatsapp and social media- informing the product from sur-beliin to the community or targeted leads- Serving consumer needs, including finding information about products that consumers want.- Coordination with purchasing team related to communication with overseas sellers- Coordination with the operational team regarding the update of goods that are allowed and not allowed to be importedWho We Are Looking For- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa- Active in social media- 1 year experience in doing admin task, but Fresh Graduates or active students also ok!- Fluency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (other google or microsoft office softwares will be a plus!)- Detail oriented, organized and fast to adapt person- Ability to work with data and details in fast pace environment- Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person- Hard worker- Willing to work in Yogyakarta**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: Up to Rp300,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
