Our Client, a mining industry for asphalt, is looking for a talent with detail below:**Work Location**: Baubau, South East Sulawesi- Assist in managing the team of finance, purchasing, order processing including set-up workflow, work procedure, documentation requirements and implementation of depertments sop.- Continuous to fine tune the work process for better inprovement and enhancement of documents format for better shipment and cost planning & tracking.- To look after all sales and purchase to ensure delivery schedules also costing and documentation are compliant and meet the targets.- Ensuring performance, services level, and rates by all appointed logistics service providers are achieved.- Keeping the good relationship with internal and HQ in Jakarta.- Looking after all trade compliances including payment term, trade documentation, regulations and contract terms & condition.- Able to work on weekend if needed.**Requirements**:- Min. Bachelor's Degree from related major, preferably from Finance.- Min 7 Years of experience as Purchasing/Procurement role, preferably from Mining industry.- Has experience working in Manufacture is advantage.- Familiar with Document Control Center.- Have strong knowledge of Order Processing.- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written), and also fluent in Mandarin (Both Oral and Written) is advantage.**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Order Processing: 5 years (preferred)- Document Control Center: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
