Ad-Hoc Chemical Engineer (Major Unit Process

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Ad-Hoc Major Unit Process Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and optimization of major unit processes within our production facilities.
You will work on a project-by-project basis, providing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop major unit processes based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address design needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed designs.
- Create detailed process flow diagrams and specifications.
- Optimize existing processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
- Document all design and development activities thoroughly.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design and development.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: Rp3,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
