In this role, you will lead and inspire high-performing teams while strategically planning and executing initiatives to drive acquisition growth for the OTP - Commercial Team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our acquisition efforts.
\n What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive acquisition growth for the Glints Job PortalEstablish and nurture strong relationships with clientsAnalyze marketplace data and trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales team performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless executionLead, groom, and develop a high-performing sales team Who We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telesales, with a solid foundation in sales and a clear understanding of sales dynamicsExperience working in E-commerce, hyper-growth businesses, or telemarketing companies is preferredProven experience leading a large team (overseeing 20–40 team members)Strong expertise in building, optimizing, and scaling systems and processes to drive operational efficiencyExceptional skills in managing complex projects and effectively engaging with cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in EnglishResults-driven and consistently goes the extra mile to exceed targetsStrong strategic thinking skills
