Responsible for employer branding in Binar Job connect
Responsible for managing Job platform, ATS, all hiring platform
Developing, improving, and monitoring SOPs with keep coming up with the industry
Understanding Binar job connect employer branding needs and align with PO and Marketing team for improvement
Qualification
At least 5 years of hiring/talent acquisition experience, preferably within the Tech or head hunter industries
Work experience in a start-up environment will be a plus.
Competency
Working knowledge of full-cycle hiring processes and employer branding techniques
Strong working knowledge of sourcing on social media networks
Outstanding knowledge of ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
Good time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure, tight timeline and quick pace environment
Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure
Quick decision-making skills
Strong Leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player
