Acquisition & Maintanance Manager

Acquisition Manager will focus on expansion for the company in targeted areas and will work closely with Head of Retail and Marketing in order to boost brand awareness of the product, acquire new users, boost GMV and retention rates.

Have a good understanding of the characteristics of retails and markets in East Java.

Plan, execute the strategies to expand coverage Super apps in targeted areas.

Make strategies to acquire new users and maintain the current users to meet the GMV target. Acquire and have good relations with retail owners.

Track and make reports regarding the team's performance periodically, get insights about the market competition and can give the strategy to achieve the KPI.

Good at manage, supervise, train and develop all the team to work effectively and efficiently to meet the target.

Min 4-5 years of experience in Sales especially retail, preferably from FMCG industry or have experienced in e-commerce start ups.

Know the East Java areas, especially Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik.

Have a good logic thinking in terms of business sense, quick in understanding / dealing with complex business on ground situations.

Good attitude, agile, positive mindset, looking for solutions and trustable.

Have a leadership attitude to handle the team and encourage the team to achieve the target.
