DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team as an accounts receivable assistant to supervise, track and evaluate accounts receivable of our customers. The successful applicant will work closely with our sales and admin departments, ensuring they have all the required information in a timely manner each month to meet the reporting requirements of the company.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Month invoicing creation and processes
Follow up with customers to ensure payment is received on-time
Provide reminders to customers for payment, and take action when payment is not received as per agreements.
Recording of daily customer bank payments in the company billing system
Tax reporting to the accounting department for invoices issued and paid
Accounts receivable reporting for accounting processes
Other general office management tasks
Required Experience:
At least 3 years? experience in an accounts receivable or accounting/book keeping role
Outstanding work ethic, punctual and able to work unassisted.
Comfortable working in an international environment, primarily in English.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office accounting applications
Exquisite communication and people skills
High School diploma; Bachelor in Business, Finance management or Accounting is a strong advantage
