A global network across more than 100 countries and 17,600 employees ensure close proximity to our customers, which we believe is particularly important.DESIGNATION : Accounts AssistantRESPONSIBILITIES**Job purpose**:To support Finance Manager by performing administrative tasks including Account Receivables, Reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies, Tax Reconciliation and processing reimbursement forms.**Responsibilities**:- Perform monthly accounting receivables and incoming payments process in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- To ensure customers payment on track with agreed term of payment and all payments are accountedand properly posted.- Reconcile invoices and identifying any discrepancies with customers Purchase Order (PO).- Create Tax Invoices through E-Faktur and ensure compliance with local tax rules.- Reconcile Withholding Tax and VAT transactions and check with Tax Consultant for monthly tax report and payment.- Process travel and business's expenses and other reimbursements.- Participate in both Internal and External Audit process.QUALIFICATIONS**Requirement**:- Minimum D3/ S1 in Economics, Accountancy or its equivalent.- At least 1 year working experience in the related field.- Having good knowledge in taxation, preferably possessed Brevet A & B certification.- Meticulous, organized and good planning skills.- Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Resourceful and ability to work independently.
