Accounting & Tax, Asst Manager

**Job description**:- Assist in monthly financial closing process : ensuring all revenues and costs incurred are recorded properly, reviewing journal entries, reconcile account balances- Oversees daily accounting & tax operation : review taxes (WHT and VAT) calculation and reporting, monitoring daily financial transactions recording, review AR & AP aging- Assist to enforce proper accounting methods and policies which comply to the accounting standards and tax regulations- Assist in providing financial data requested for internal management use and/or external auditors- Assist in finance department projects, ie implementation of ERP- Assist in establishing/improving finance SOP**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university- 2-3 years of working experience in the finance/accounting department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)- Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets- Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)- In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance- High attention to details and accuracy- Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Willing to be placed in Bandung
