Accounting & Supply Chain Staff

**Job description****Brief Requirements**:- Prepares general ledger or journal entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.- Prepares internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data. Prepare payment to vendor/supplier, ensure all payment paid on time- Support all the Finance & Accounting task on a daily basis- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.- Reconciles order and bank account timely and accurately- Input incoming and outgoing transaction effectively on a daily basis- Ensures all invoice paid timely- Handling Supply Chain**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Accounting- Having minimum 1 years experience in related field both in Finance and Accounting- Proven experience in operating Ms. Excel, or any Accounting Software/System- High initiative, responsible, Good Communication and agile- Available to join ASAP- Placement in Bekasi**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
