Accounting Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general accounting and perform basic day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform monthly balance sheet items reconciliation.
- Prepare daily journal entries for all bank accounts
- Input all sales transactions into system
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements
- Input stock adjustment or any other necessary adjustments
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing process.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably having experiences in an accounting consultant or startup/retail industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
