Accounting Manager

**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field- Highly knowledgeable in accounting procedures, Indonesian tax law, and compliance practices- 3+ years of experience in accounting for manufacturing- Basic in English is a must- Able to develop methodologies and systems to complete processes more efficiently- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and experience in accounting software- Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data- **Ready to be placed in Karanganyar, Central Java****Job Descriptions**:- Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and taxation- Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants- Prepare end-of-month cost reports- Prepare quarterly PNL Statements- Prepare Annual Financial Report- Coordinate with independent auditors- Prepare and manage budgets for various departments- Prepare Forecast reports- Approve purchases and controlling expenses- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification- Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting Manager: 3 years (required)- Accounting Field: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
