The Accounting Admin manages the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, reporting, and may include inventory control.
You need a good understanding of finance, accounting, and inventory management, and should be proficient in using relevant software and tools.
You need to pay attention to detail, communicate financial information clearly, and have good problem-solving skills.
You need to ensure that financial reports and budgets are accurate and timely, inventory is managed effectively, and financial information is communicated clearly.
You need to be able to use your problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and invoicing
- Create financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health
- Monitor cash flow and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management regarding business strategy and resource allocation
- Develop and implement financial and inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand, while avoiding overstocking or stock shortages.
- Monitor inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments, and reconcile inventory counts with actual stock levels.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to streamline operations and reduce costs.
**Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated, eager to take initiative, and committed to constantly improving themselves.
- Understand finance, accounting, tax, and related fields, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Skilled in using ERP software, Excel or Spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Attentive to detail and able to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Have experience working in a collaborative environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changes in priorities or processes.
- Having knowledge of the jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
