Our mission is to provide world-class Industry 4.0 solutions, thereby helping our customers and their supply chains achieve greater innovation, quality, productivity, reduced costs and time-to-market, whilst being good stewards of the resources that are entrusted to us.**Key Responsibilities**- Maintain full set of accounts.- Preparation of budget and financial review- Preparation of Consolidated Reports- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers- Accountable for the compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements of the entities and keep abreast with latest accounting standards- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments; oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Directors- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the business owners and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior management abreast of the organization's financial status- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting- Manage payroll functions across the regional offices- Corporate Tax Filling- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual- Job placement: Bandung**We would love to hear from you if**:- You possess a CPA / ACCA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent- You possess at least 3 years of financial accounting experience.- You are proficient in Accounting Principles.- You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.- You are meticulous, independent and analytical.- You are result-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated.- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.- You have good time management and the ability to work under pressure.- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.**What would you get?**- Training and Development- Discretionary Yearly Bonus- Medical & Insurance Benefits
