You will be joining a fast growing team that is 70% women!**This is a fully remote job and you can work from home if you choose.**Your role will include managing daily accounting and finance operations to ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for Counto's clients.**Requirements**:- Fluent in English- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications- With relevant hands-on experience in handling full sets of account. GST and tax matters knowledge desirable- Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.- Meticulous, organized and good attention to details- Strong technical accounting foundations, and excellent commercial acumen.- Strong experience in income statement analysis.- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.- Strong organizational, commercial, and business awareness, business analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.- Great leadership skills- Ability to engage with different stakeholders- Problem-solving, initiative and negotiation skills**Salary**: Rp1,640,300 - Rp9,376,900 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you worked in an accounting outsourced services setup?**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)- US/UK Accounting: 1 year (preferred)- US/UK Payroll (not bookkeeping; actual payroll): 1 year (preferred)- US/UK Corporate/State Taxes (not bookkeeping; actual taxes): 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English fluently (required)License/Certification:- CMA (preferred)- CPA (preferred)- Xero Certification (preferred)
