About the Accountant Role:
This position is a critical role within the finance and accounting division reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This role will be a 12-month contract and based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage all accounting activities
Reconcile details of ending balance with GL
Complete monthly/annual closing to ensure accuracy
Calculate Vat, WHT, and other relevant taxes
Active contribution for internal and external audit process
Supervise subordinates and coach team
Provide cost control reports and financial analysis
Other relevant tasks related to accounting services

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong accounting technical skills.
Key Requirements:
Accounting/finance major
Big 4 background
Good control projects budget, cash flows, and financial report skills and knowledge: percentage of completion and contract completion accounting method, cost accounting, finance aspect for hedging using forward contracts, etc.
Good control financial and accounting performance skills and knowledge; financial statement analysis, income statement, balance sheets relate to current assets and current liabilities, etc.
