Account Receivable Officer

**About the role**

Overall, the Account Receivable Officer plays a crucial role in the invoicing process, commission calculations, AR aging management, and reporting, ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organization.
**What You Will Do**
- Hybrid work arrangement: The incumbent will be expected to work in a hybrid manner, which includes the ability to work remotely as well as being available to work at the South Jakarta office when required.
- Regulatory compliance: The individual will assist Pincap in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations pertaining to business processes, accounting treatment, and other applicable guidelines.
This involves staying updated on regulatory changes and making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence.
- Enhancing Accrue AR and AR reports: The incumbent will be responsible for improving the accuracy and reliability of the Accrue AR (Accounts Receivable) system and associated reports.
This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the integrity of data in the system.
**What You Will Need**
- South Jakarta based or able to work hybrid WFH-WFO
- Have diploma or bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Studies.
- 1-year minimum working experience in Account Payable (preferable).
- Have a good computation skills.
- An understading of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
- Agile and adaptive to the startup environment including its operating activities.
- Analytical thinking with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with the ability to function independently.
- Excellent documentation and communication.
