Account Payable Intern

**Requirements**:

- Final year student or Fresh graduates
- Willing to participate in the internship program with reguler work
- Having a basic knoweledfe about finance or Accounting
- Attention to detail, good communication skill, hard worker and strong intergrity
- Capable and comfotable with Ms Office especially with Ms Excel function (Vlookup-Hlookup, SUMIFS, Pivote Table)

**AR Jobdesc**:

- Support AR Staff to generate and send out invoices to clients
- Support AR Staff to maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Support AR Staff to maintaining databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
