This role will play a critical part in ensuring timely payments, clean financial records, and smooth collaboration across departments.
You will supervise the AP team, manage vendor relationships, and help maintain financial accuracy and control as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounts payable activities including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and reconciliationManage and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationMonitor aging reports and ensure timely payments aligned with company policy and vendor agreementsCoordinate with Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional teams for approvals and issue resolutionLead month-end closing activities related to payables, accruals, and reportingEnsure proper internal controls, compliance, and adherence to audit requirementsWork with the Finance Manager to identify areas for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gainsRequirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field4–6 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-entity environmentProven experience handling vendor management and invoice reconciliationSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingHands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g.
