Account Manager - Makassar

**About us**We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in Makassar to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.**Responsibilities**:- Act as a primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients- Give solutions according to customers' needs- negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients- Building and maintain a long-term relationship with customers- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty- Forecast and track key account metrics and drive initiatives to increase revenue of your portfolios**Qualifications**:- Solid experience with MS Office, Google Apps- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial customer facing function, ideally in bank mortgage sales module- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships- Enthusiastic and passionate- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
