Requirements:More than 3–5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Forex or CFD brokerage.Experience in local or offshore brokerage business development is strongly preferred.Able to communicate in Indonesian and English; Chinese (conversational) is a plus.Has experience managing sales teams or business units, and able to lead, mentor, and support team performance.Possesses active networks of clients/IBs, with proven ability to expand business pipelines.Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape; able to provide suggestions for improvement.Able to develop, implement, and follow through on business strategies to meet company targets.Excellent people management and communication skills; able to grow and manage a team (recruitment, onboarding, skill training, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and business partners.Identify new business opportunities in local and offshore markets to expand the company's client base.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to recommend business improvements.Work closely with senior management to formulate sales plans and growth initiatives.Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to strengthen team capability and performance.Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor sales pipeline, conversion performance, and account growth through regular reporting.Support the team in resolving escalated client issues and maintaining high service standards.Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to management.
