Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quaterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvements to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare records on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed
5 years experience in a role that includes ATM, Debit, Payment, Banking & Fintech System
Having knowledge of financial products, ATM, debit, payment, banking & fintech system is preferable
Good communication in English both oral & written
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Have good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude, able to work as a team or able to work independently, good administration skill
Excellent negotiation & presentation skill
Willing to work in mobile environment & to be located in BSD or Jakarta Area
