Jobdesk:

- Take the responsibility to build and maintain a good relationship with our merchant accounts to support business goals
- Monitor and analyse merchant performance to provide strategies to improve the overall merchant experience
- Create monthly budget cost planning
- Create tactical promotion to selected merchants (currently focus on merchant's cost and remaining budget commitment in merchant side)
- Responsible to hanlde and maintain pending merchants from BD due to on hold onboarding process
- Manage all merchants inquiries related transaction, renewal agreement, promotion, payment, complaint, etc

- Min pendidikan S1
- **Berpengalaman dibidang Business Development Minimal 2 Tahun**:

- Expert excel untuk reporting
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (Advanced)

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Paruh Waktu

Gaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan
