Account Manager, Business Development

Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses in the

telecommunications segment through business analytics and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and development, to

identify areas for revenue improvement and develop e ective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers,

to ensure sales targets are met.
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making, collaborating with other departments

in the implementation of new processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new

products.
- Possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including trends and

emerging technologies.
**Responsibilities**:

- Works independently, planning and achieving technical objectives, setting milestones, and

delegating tasks.
- Builds strong relationships with customers and partners, making decisions that impact project

success, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manages work to achieve time and quality goals, analyzing requirements, and identifying

opportunities for improvement.
- Quickly adapts to new information and emerging areas of work, taking responsibility for

personal development.
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Telcom Industry/ Client: 2 years (required)
- Account management,Business Development: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Local Indonesia (required)
