**Criteria/Requirement**:

- **Mandatory**:_**Able /accustomed to have conversation in local language and Hokkien**_
- Bachelor Degree - any major
- **Experienced in field sales (account management, merchant management)**:

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear vocab and sentences
- Experienced in similar Online Delivery Apps
- Can join soon (if passed all selection process)

**About Job Scopes**:

- Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Overseeing and supporting the needs of partner drivers, merchants, and other business clients.
- Regular communication with partners, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within company, channeling partner feedback to enhance services and offerings.
- Ensuring Partner Satisfaction, Fostering Loyalty and Long term Partnership
- Identifying growth opportunities for partners within the ecosystem
