**Responsibilities**:
- Create business plans to attain the goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities
- Present company's products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
- Respond to customer's complaints and resolve customer's issues
- Negotiate agreements and record sales data
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Account Executive
- Experienced working in a creative/digital agency would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
- Minimum Diploma 3, preferably from marketing/communication/DKV
