**Responsibilities**:
- Create business plans to attain the goals and quotas
- Unearth new sales opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Present company's products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Frequent contact to clients to understand their needs
- Respond to customer's complaints and resolve customer's issues
- Negotiate agreements and record sales data.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Account Executive
- Experienced working in a creative/digital agency would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English in both writing and speaking is a must
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
- Minimum Diploma 3 from any major
- Work location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
