Account Executive

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing or other related fields
- Have 1-3 year experience in the packaging industry.
- Orientation on target achievement
- Can join immediately
- Have good appearance and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, can work individually or in a team
- Responsible and honest

**Job description**:

- Design and develop attractive packaging concepts that suit our client's needs.
- Collaborate with internal or external design team.
- Conduct market research to catch the latest industry trends and client's preferences regarding product packaging.
- Pitching proposed concept of packaging's added value and advantages to potential clients.
- Negotiate and deal making with clients regarding contract terms, prices, and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production, design, and product development team to ensure the availability of materials and production capabilities.
**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bogor (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bogor: Relocate before starting work (required)
