**Entity and activity description**
PT AIR LIQUIDE INDONESIA is a subsidiary of AIR LIQUIDE - a French world's largest industrial gas company since 1902
Air Liquide started its commercial operation in Indonesia since July 1994, with Head Office in MM-2100 Industrial Town, Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java.
Our major customer are steel and petro-chemical industries to supply Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon and Hydrogen.
We also supply gas for Health, Food, Automotive and Electronic Industry.
Currently PT AIR LIQUIDE INDONESIA is developing Flox Fill Specialty Gas the only one in Indonesia that has such high technology.
**Missions and Responsibilities**
**1.
Achieve Budget**:
- Define annual budget and update relevant information of the key account according to valid information obtained
**2.
Maintain and secure Accounts**:
- Develop good relation with accounts at all level through regular contact and visits, more frequent to major accounts
- Response to customer inquiry and provide technical or commercial advises
**3.
Contract Management**:
- Ensure a valid contract and renew at least 1 year before expiry date Ensure all the key accounts are inline with the contract and take actions if deviations are captured
**4.
Profitability**:
- Prepare canonical computation for any additional investment needed and compare with current actual canonical and make sure the additional investment brings good profitability (minimum 14% ROI in delta case)
- Analyze account profitability and take actions to improve by increasing the price to meet minimum profitability requirement
- Ensure payment terms is applied as per contract and take actions to resolve if there is an overdue and coordinate with legal dept
**5.
Reporting**:
- Optimal utilization of Sales Tools program such as BAR+, Gideons to support Sales activities
- Ensure CFD input regularly for all activities related with the accounts
- Report projects progress, new business, issues and project lost in weekly meeting
**6.
Procedures and HSQE (Health Safety Quality Environment) and GYM**:
- Carry out all activities following standard operation Procedure and HSQE Follow business process / work flow procedure (financial assessment, profitability criteria, business risk identification)
- Ensure GYM are actively implemented
**7.
Exchange information with BD Application**:
- Get support from BD Application if some expertise is required
**Competencies and Profile**
- Bachelor Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in B2B sales
- Min 4 years in Account Management
- Fluent in Indonesian and English language
- Effective communication
- Good presentation skill
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills/Google sheet is preferable
