The Sales Development function is a customer-facing (cold calling) role responsible for engaging with potential Cloud prospects to identify sales opportunities and achieve a personal and team pipeline target.
The Account Development Representative will play a key role in driving pipeline by prospecting through a combination strategic reach outs and leveraging marketing activities.
In this role, the representative will be responsible for Cloud solutions primarily client's Cloud Platform and Gsuite.
Regular activities in this role include:
- Cold calling into C level decision makers, building quick rapport and assessing needs.
- This role will require a strong fundamental understanding of Cloud Platform and G Suite
- Strong team player and communication skills to continue personal growth and team development.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other cross functional Cloud stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Helping prospects understand, get excited and engage with the Cloud team to evaluate the products and services offered.
- Clearly articulate solutions & value into meaningful conversations with targeted prospects
- Defining a prospecting strategic plan with vertical / market prioritization
**Responsibility**:

Systems Knowledge:
- Use knowledge in CRM to ensure accounts, leads, opportunities and activities are accurate
- Be the source of Cloud thought leadership for your team
- Serve as the golden standard of etiquette for data quality and processes

Team Goals:
- Help other team members in creating expertise in their workflow and product knowledge
- Identify areas for process improvement and share with relevant stakeholders
- Help Ramp up new team members in Sales Development skills and systems

Sales Development:
- Strive for high prospect engagement in order to provide timely information about Cloud
- Understand and help Sales and Marketing reach their Market targets
- Help identify the best cloud solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
- Build and foster trust between prospects and the larger Cloud team
- Act as point of contact for communications with management

Lead Management
- Quickly assess and prioritize leads from marketing and other sources
- Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their Cloud Computing needs
- Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs

Partner Engagement
- Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs
- Route opportunities to qualified partners for customized solutions

Bachelor's Degree in any field

2 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing/Business Development preferably at a high-tech company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and local language
- Cloud Platform background is highly desirable
- Customer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
- Comfortable in goal driven environment and attaining goals with broader team
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
- Able to work independently but within a team environment
- Strong outbound prospecting sales skills
- Inquisitive individual who strives to extend their professional knowledge
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
