Accelerated Lifecycle Testing (Alt) Specialist

We are looking for Accelerated Lifecycle Testing (ALT) Specialist who will be based in Plant Karawang. Your 'day to day' - Coordinate operations in the laboratory in order to ensure tests execution as per the defined study protocols. - Ensure all materials, consumables and tools are available in the right quantity to guarantee the continuity of the activities - Train lab technicians to operate/maintain and calibrate machines as well as execute laboratory tests. - Ensure that all necessary PPEs are available for every lab tech and EHS rules are fully respected in ALT laboratory. - Ensure cycling KPI targets are fulfilled. Who we're looking for - Have Mechanical or Electronic or Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent. - In principle 1 year of experience in laboratory accredited environment (ISO 17025) - Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO), QA processes. - Knowledge on statistical and analytical tools. - Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal - Advanced in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to transform data into information (reporting skills). - In depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices.
