Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with local modern outlets, branches, and distributors
- Creating and developing promotion plan activities in local modern outlet
- Make sure that every promotion activity in retail is in accordance with the marketing plan/promotion plan that has been made
- Evaluating promotion activities in local modern outlets
- Monitoring and analyzing active SKUs and must have SKU performance in local modern
- Monitoring competitor's promotion/display activities review
- Approving branch promotion proposals by system daily
Qualification:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field or sales is required for this position and in OTC / Consumer Product Company
- Experience developing and managing local modern trade channels (retail/outlets/ distributor) is required
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Good personality, able to work independently or work together as a team
- Strong in data analysis and detail-oriented
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel outside the city
